How to measure

Use a cloth tape measure. Sit with your leg bent at 90 degrees, in bare feet. Also provide your shoe size.

ANKLE: Measure your ankle circumference above the ankle bone, for both right and left legs.

CALF: Measure your calf at its fullest circumference, for both right and left legs.

LEG LENGTH: Measure the back of either leg from the floor to the bend of your knee. Ensure the tape measure is fully vertical.
