If you are using insurance to purchase your socks, we cannot offer a refund, only an exchange. If you are not using insurance: unless defective, compression socks are not refundable.
Exchanges are only offered if the item is defective. In any case where you feel like the socks do not fit right, we will need a photo of the sock worn at which time it will be at the discretion of the clinic to offer an exchange.
In order to refund/exchange, the socks must be in the original packaging and not put through the wash or worn.
You have 7 days after receiving your socks to request an exchange or refund
If you receive the wrong order or a defective product, we will pay the return postage.
Shipping is available for those who do not want to pick up their sock order at the clinic. Shipping is charged at time of purchase. Should the socks need to be returned or exchanged it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the socks back at their cost. Or they can bring them to the clinic. The customer is liable for the product while in transit. We encourage the customer to use tracking.
